The O'Neill Slasher kite vest is specially designed for kitesurfers with no foam in the bottom section to allow the harness to sit over it and hold the vest in place. As you would expect from O'Neill, incredibly comfortable and great stretch to it, easy to fit with zipped front and velcro tab to stop the zip coming down.
